Withdrawal Policy

At Dhanam Plus, we are committed to providing a seamless and transparent process for withdrawing funds from your investment account.

Please review the following guidelines regarding withdrawals:

1. Withdrawal Eligibility:
Clients may request withdrawals from their investment accounts after the completion of the investment term. For investments offering a daily growth rate of 1.35% for 21 days, withdrawals can be initiated after every 15 days.
After every withdrawal, a deduction of Rs. 1000 will be made from your bonus. However, it will not be made through your capital or the daily profit money.
The withdrawal for the profit can only be generated to the same bank account of the investor through which he/she has invested.
The capital money cannot be withdrawn in any circumstances.


2. Withdrawal Process:
Request Submission: To initiate a withdrawal, clients must submit a formal withdrawal request through our designated platform or contact us.
Verification: We may require verification of identity and ownership of the investment account before processing withdrawals. This is to ensure security and prevent unauthorized access.
Processing Time: Withdrawal requests are typically processed within 3 business days after verification and approval. Delays may occur in exceptional circumstances or due to external factors beyond our control(pandemic etc.).


3. Withdrawal Options:
Payment Methods: Withdrawals are generally processed using the same method used for depositing funds i.e. either the Bank Transfer or Net Banking specified by the client and approved by Dhanam Plus.
Currency: Withdrawals are disbursed in the currency of the original investment unless otherwise agreed upon in advance.


4. Fees and Charges:
Dhanam Plus does not charge withdrawal fees. However, clients are responsible for any transaction fees imposed by banks or payment processors involved in the transfer of funds. (Moreover in future if government add certain charges for the transaction then it will be applicable here.)


5. Minimum Withdrawal Amount:
There may be a minimum withdrawal amount applicable to ensure efficient processing. Please refer to our current terms and conditions or contact customer service for details.


6. Withdrawal Limits:
There are no predefined limits on the amount that can be withdrawn. However, large withdrawals may be subject to additional verification procedures to prevent fraud and ensure compliance with anti-money laundering regulations.


7. Communication and Updates:
Clients will be notified of the status of their withdrawal requests through email or other preferred communication channels registered with Dhanam Plus.
